Hermione doesn't have bad hair days, everyday is a bad hair day for the poor girl. Shame I couldn't quite get the hair bad enough ^^ oh well, haha.
Oh yes, before anyone asks, she IS naked... I could just see her getting out of the bath, looking in the mirror and thinking "WTF is wrong with my hair."
